What Do You Think About the US Teacher Crisis?

We are supporting a series of three polls to gain a better understanding of the current K-12 climate this spring. We are currently collecting input from teachers and school leaders (including  instructional coaches) on the teaching profession. 

Media reports indicate that many teachers are leaving the profession today.  We are interested in understanding if this is true in your community and why this might be happening. Your views on the teaching profession and what is needed to increase teacher satisfaction are important to this research.
