Working Groups 2026
Research Insights · Peer Exchange · District Collaboration
Some of the best ideas in education come from district leaders who’ve been in your exact situation. That’s what Project Tomorrow’s Working Groups are all about. Each group brings together K–12 leaders from across the country to dig into the issues that matter most right now, share what’s actually working (and what isn’t), and walk away with real insights they can put to use. Each of our groups offers a focused space to learn from others, share real-world experiences, and tackle today’s most pressing challenges together.
Districts may participate in multiple working groups based on their priorities.
🔒 Cybersecurity
What does it take to build district-wide support for your technology team’s cybersecurity priorities? Share your experiences and learn from peers’ successes and cautionary tales in building resilient, proactive programs tailored to K–12 environments.
🤖 AI in K–12 Education
How are you navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence in classrooms and administration? Together we’ll explore emerging use cases, share resources, and build a shared library of real-world examples from districts across the country.
🛡️ Data Privacy & Protection
Safeguarding student data, maintaining regulatory compliance, and building trust with families are complex, ongoing challenges. Connect with peers for shared learning, collective problem-solving, and the kind of candid conversation that moves the work forward.
📊 Evaluating EdTech Resources & Effectiveness
As pressure grows to remove or scale back technology, how is your district responding? Engage in honest conversation, explore practical frameworks for measuring EdTech effectiveness, and develop evidence-based approaches that support sound decision-making.
